Derby City Small Grants Scheme

During this year, the first full year of the combined Small Grants Scheme, twenty-seven groups have been awarded funding totalling £45,000.

The fund is again available to groups that can demonstrate their link to the Health and Social Care agenda. The funding panel consists of representatives from Derby CVS, Derby Millennium Network, the Derby City Primary Care Trusts and Derby City Social Services.

£1,000 can be awarded towards start-up costs for new groups, who must be able to indicate sources of future funding. Other grants of up to £3,000 can be awarded for non-recurrent items only.
