We offer a management advice service for trustees and managers of voluntary and community groups.

We also maintain a comprehensive library of Charity Commission publications, and other publications related to management and voluntary sector issues, enabling us to answer questions on just about anything connected with running an organisation.

Our Management Adviser will help you on a one-to-one basis with business plans, constitutional reviews, registering as a charity or organising tailored training for your committee or staff. We can also conduct organisational ‘healthchecks’ to assist you with planning and prioritising to ensure your group’s long-term sustainability.
